Our Mission is to celebrate the beauty, history, and diversity of locs while creating a space for education, empowerment, and community connection through art, culture, and entrepreneurship. We are dedicated to educating people about natural hair, encouraging self-love, and fostering a supportive community that celebrates the beauty and ancestral heritage of locs.

L.A. Loc & Crown Fest is an annual cultural festival celebrating the beauty and diversity of locs. Bringing people together who love, wear, and embrace locs through art, music, and community.

Our festival is a vibrant audience of creators, influencers, and community leaders, making it a cultural hotspot for storytelling, fashion, food, and music.

LA Loc & Crown Fest is the first major loc centered beauty and culture festival in Los Angeles. This event celebrates the power, creativity, and cultural legacy of Black hair with a focus on locs, natural beauty, protective styles, and wellness. We have created a space where Black women, men, brands, stylists, and innovators can connect, shop, learn, and experience community.

Our hair is not just a style, it’s identity, culture, and pride. The CROWN Act reminds us that our locs are powerful.
